What Floor is

Floor is software: a website that helps you use smart contracts on Solana and Hyperliquid to launch and trade coins. Floor never holds your money or your keys. Every transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet.

Your risk

You use the website and the contracts at your own risk. Coins can lose all their value. The contracts are new and have not had an outside audit. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Read How Floor works before you use it.

Not advice

Nothing on Floor is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Coins on Floor are memecoins, not shares, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any company whose stock they are paired with.

Where you can use it

Do not use Floor where it is against the law for you. Tokenized stocks (xStocks) are not offered to US persons or in other places where they are restricted. You are responsible for following your own laws and paying your own taxes.

Coin creators

If you launch a coin, you are responsible for its name, ticker, picture and description. No impersonation of real people or brands, no illegal content, and nothing that infringes someone else’s rights. Floor may hide any coin from its website at any time. A hidden coin still exists on the blockchain.

No warranties

Floor is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, be unavailable, or change. To the extent the law allows, Floor and the people behind it are not liable for any loss, including lost funds, from using the website or the contracts.

Privacy

Floor does not ask for your name, email or any personal details, and uses no ads or trackers. The server keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and time) to run and protect the site. Your wallet address and your transactions are public on the blockchain, like any blockchain activity.

Coin pictures and descriptions are stored publicly on IPFS through Pinata when a coin is launched.
